IX SEARCH OF RELATIONS. An English exchange to hand contains inteiesting news ot Athol Mahoney. Bush representative on tour with the AH Blacks, who was laid up for several weeks in Bradford. The report states: By a remarkable chance. A. Mahoney, one of the New Zealand Rugby footballers, who with his colleague, J. R. Page, is recovering from his injuries at the Midland Hotel, Bradford, has stumbled across some valuable clues t<> his •ancestors" during his stay in the city. Mahoney some time ago decided to try and trace certain long-lost lelatives, and with this in mind he is eagerly looking forward to thatpart of tht‘ New Zealand team's tour which will take him to Ireland. He hopes by a little private detective work in Millstreet, co. Cork, to find lii s mother's people*. Buckleys by name, and also a young man na\ned Dan Dennehy. a great friend of his. who returned to Ireland from New Zealand some -years ago. Mahonev was delighted the other day when Mr 1». C. < Pat ' > Killeen, the well-known local Catholic sportsman, was able to put him in touch with people from Millstreet now living in Bradford, and they have given him information which will greatly help him in his search.
