ROYAL WEDDING DELAYED

United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON. October 19.

The Duke of Buccleucli, father of Lacly Alice Montugu-Douglas-Scott, the Duke of Gloucester’s fiancee, is dead.

Lady Alice Montagu-Douglas-Scott, accompanied by her elder sister. Lady Margaret, flew to Edinburgh from London in 24 hours, which .is exceptionally fast time considering the stormy conditions. The. death of the Duke of Buccleuch gives no cause for further alterations in the wedding plans. The evening party at the Palace, however, has been cancelled and the. afternoon party at St. James’ Palace may also not be held. 'The Duke of Buccleuchhs funeral will take place on Tuesday. The Duke of. Gloucester will go to Bow hill to-night.
