HANDICAPPING SYSTEM. The Match Committee have revised all present handicaps on the cards already submitted so far this season, and also on the known form of those players who failed to put in cards. It is desirable, tnerefore, to advise club members that the following system of re-handicapping has been adopted and will automatically apply in all Medal competitions. Where the net score i» 10 under par, handicap reduction is 5; 9 un der par, 5; 8 under par, 4; 7 under par, 4; 6 under par, 3; 5 under par, 3; 4 under par 2; 3 under par, 2; 2 under par 1; 1 under par 1.
