MAN FINED £IOO. Electric Telegraph—Press Association GISBORNE. May 13. As a sequel to a police raid on April 29th, Arthur Owen was fined .£’oo, on a charge of keeping a common gaming house in the Police Court this morning. He pleaded guilty to two charges relating to separate buildings but the Magistrate decided to treat the matter as one business with two branches.
