NIRE AH A—HUKANUI. A tennis team from Hukanui played a friendly match with a Nireaha team and with playing conditions almost perfect a very interesting contest resulted. Nireaha, playing their best gapie of the season. ran out comfortable winners by 16 sets to 8 and 121 games to 94. A pleasing result of tlie match was the improved form shown by the junior inembers of both sides, this promising well for future seasons.
