The Flying Handicap resulted: Frimsel, 6.13. 1; Roman Spear, 7.5, 2 : Dunerc, 7.7, 3. Eight started. Won by half a head. Time DEATH OF SPORTSMAN. DUNEDIN, February 8. The death has occurred of Mr Lyndon E. Ruttledge, at one time prominent in racing as owner and coursing judge. The deceased, who was 72 years of age, was a brother to Mr J Ruttledge, the Wingatui trainer.
