Sweeping amnesty over 30.000 prisoners, including Hamuguehi’s assassin, Sagova, whose death sentence will he commuted to life imprisonment, will be proclaimed on National Foundation Day, February 11th. on the occasion of the celebration of the birth of the Crown Prince.
