OFFENCES OF TWO YOUTHS. At the Opotiki Police Court, Jimmy Morris (17) and Noel Stirling (19) were jointly charged with breaking and entering the dwelling of Hoani Tiki at llaukokore, with intent to commit a crime, and with the theft of £37 in money and a cheque for £5, the property of Tiki. Morris was arrested in the East Coast district, and Stiriing by Constable Beasley. One of the men when arrested had £lO in his possession. Both accused pleaded guilty to both charges and were committed to the Auckland Supreme Court for sentence.
