Robert Stanley McCauslaiid, was arrested and charged this morning. He was remanded for a week in custody. The police said accused had made a statement admitting the manufacture of counterfeit coins. McOaiisland is married with seven children. According to counsel the family had been living in almost destitute circumstances.
