IMPOSSIBLE TO SPEND TOO MUCH
Mr A. Trevor Handley, who presided at the annual dinner of the Drapers' Chamber of Trade on Tuesday, at which Lord Riddell was present, said that it was impossible to spend too much on advertising. The lie said, was one of the prime necessities of modern life and government, and had played a great part in the evolution of our institutions.
