(From Our Own Correspondent.) Mrs J. Carroll, of Hastings, is on a visit to Mr and Mrs W. Gray, “Glencoe.” Mrs E. E. Darlington, of Rakaunui, is at present an inmate of the Pahiatua Hospital. Miss Graham, of Wanganui, is visiting Mr and Mrs D. Campbell. Mrs Spence, of Stratford, is on a holiday visit to Pongaroa as the guest of Mr and Mrs P. R. Kent. Mr and Mrs T. H. Hopcroft have left on a motor tour of the Auckland district. SATURDAY’S FOOTBALL MATCH. The following have been selected to represent Puketoi Sub-Union in a return match with East Coast Sub-Union, at Pongaroa on Saturday next: —Backs : S. Corin, J. Robertson, E. Berry, G. Herbert, D. Bowie, E. Wright, Logan. Forwards : S. Meeeh, Edginton, C. Ferrick, F. Wardle, W. Clark, Williams, J. Leeming, F. Wickens. Reserves: Backs, H. Robbie, D. Bowie, R. Finnie; forwards, J. Meech, T.
