REDUCTION OF CAPITAL. Electric Telegraph—Press Association WELLINGTON August 16. All extraordinary meeting of the Gear Meat Company to-day resolved to reduce the capital of the company from £460,000 divided into fully paid £1 shares, to £230,000 divided into fully paid 10s shares.
