NOT GUILTY.
Electric Telegraph—Press Association CHRISTCHURCH, August 16. Charged with failing to disclose all liis property to the Official Assignee, John Orawley Rex, bankrupt hotelkeeper, was found not guilty by a jury in the Supreme Court to-day. The prosecution alleged that lie tried to conceal the fact that lie had a £7OO investment.
