JAPANESE IN NEW GUINEA. (Received 10 a.m.) United Press Assn.——By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. BATAVIA, April 5. The Government. has requested G over nor Moluccas to investigate the activities o_f foreign traders, shippers and settlers, meaning the Japanese in North New Guinea. The investigation will cover a timber concession to Japanese in the neighbourhood of Tarakan.
