APPEALS BY NEW GUAR
DISAIISSED BY COURT. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. SYDNEY, June 21. The Appeal Court dismissed a further appeal of a New Guardsman convicted of an assault on Garden, but in this instance reduced the sentence from three months to one month. All the other appeals were dismissed. The sentence of three months stands.
