CHARGES AGAINST GERMAN POLITICAL LEADERS. United Press Assn-—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. BERLIN, September 24. The newspapers state that the Attorney-General, at the request of the Ministry of Defence, has opened an inquiry which may lead to a charge of high treason against Hitler and Goebels, leaders of the Nationalists and the Socialist Party.
