REMANDED ON THEFT CHARGE Electric Telegraph—Press Association NELSON, September 24. A former clerk of tlie Collingwooid County Council. Gilbert Owen Ellis, who was brought back from Perth, was charged this morning with the theft of £lO, the property of the council, and was remanded for a week.
