A SATISFACTORY YEAR. In their annual report, the directors ol William's and Kettle. I ,t<l., Napier, congratulate 'shareholders on the satisfactory result of the past year’s working. The net profits ior the year, alter providing for all nee* cssary depreciations, bad debts, and income tax, amount to £15,383 4s 2d. to which has to be added the undivided balance from bust year. £16,900 3s lOd. The total available for allocation is £32,283 Bs. During the year rebates have been made to shareholders on nil goods purchased, 5 per cent, on land commissions, and 10 per cent, on other commissions.
