SCARCITY OF WATER
There is a pronounced shortage of rain water locally, owing to the- long di'.v spell, and the town water supply is being hoavilv drawn upon. It is wry. regrettable that thoughtless wastage should occur, and it i IS very desirab-lc that offen-dprs should be; promptly brought to book.
