Skip-w'ith secured judgment against the' Poverty Buy Tun Club for the amount of starting fees through the postponementot a meeting, Skiiiwith explains that the report omits that- he offered to settle the case on the basis of payment of on® day's fee, and £3 3s expenses. .This settlement. a s stated by Skiiiwith s counsel during the hearing was refused by the club.
