NEW LAND TAX
CITY PROPERTIES EXCLUDED. Electric Telegraph —Press Association AUCKLAND, This Day. Mr J. B. Donald, Postmaster-Gen-eral, stated to-day that the new land tax proposals do not apply to city properties. The proposals concerned farm lands and city properties were exempt. “You cannot burst u.p c-itv properties,” he commented.
