Electric Telegraph—Press \ssoeiation GISBORNE, This Day. 111 the Supreme Court the Crown Prosecutor announced that George Campbell would not be required co ■stand a third trial on a charge of arson. Two juries having disagreed the Solicitor-General had ordered a ■stay of proceedings and the prisoner was discharsed.
