Moorehouse (New Zealand) 2: Boast (Australia) 3. Time, 77seo. Women’s 400 Metres Free Style, first heat: Miss K. Millar (New Zealand) 1 ; Miss Russell (South Africa) 2; Miss Wray (England) 3. Time, 6.25. MISS MILLAR RF.DUCES ' TAILTKANN RECORD LONDON. August 20. At the Tail tea 7in Games, Miss Millar won the 400 metres tswim by fifteen yards. The Irish swimmers were generally outclassed. Miss Millar clipped fourteen seconds off the Tailteann record.
