LATE MR. B. R. CROAD

INQUEST OPENED. An inquest touching the death of Mr Baziel R. Croad, who died in tho Pahiatua Public Hospital late on Monday night while under an anaesthetic, was opened yesterday before the district coroner, Mr J. D. \Yilhornial evidence of identification was given by Constable F. Barrel!, followed by the evidence of Dr P. H. Mules, of Woodviile. who conducted a post-mortem examination. The inquest will be resumed on Thursday morning.
