SINKS IN HARBOUR

(Received 10.30 a.m.) Electric Telegraph—Press Association WASHINGTON, This Day. A message from Baltimore states that 37 were injured in an explosion on the steamer Richelieu. Mostly negroes dried. To-day three are missing, believed to have been trapped in the Haines of the hold. The vessel sank to the bottom of the harbour.
