DUNEDIN EXHIBITION.

FINAL DIVIDEND DECLARED. Electric Telegrapfi—Press Association DUNEDIN. January 4. The liquidators of the New Zealand and South Seas Exhibition Company (l td.) have declared a second and final dividend of 3s 7d in the £ on all the share capital and donations, thus making, with the first dividend already pa ill, a total refund of 16s Id in the £.

The liquidators’ statement of accounts for the period from July last to the completion of the liquidation shows that £13,197 10s 5d was received from salvage. £566 16s 8d

from sutidrv debtors. £609 4s 3d from interest, and £122 5s 6d from sundry recoveries.

Amongst payments were £1,269 4s 2d on buildings and erections, £149 12s 3d on general expenses, £689 18s on the pictorial history of the Exhibition. and £654 18s on the official record. The payment of the first dividend of J2s 6d in the £ absorbed £51,75 > 13s 9d, and the payment of the second dividend absorbs £14,836 12s 7d. NEAV COMPANY FLOATED. AUCKLAND. Januarv 4. A new company, Fertilisers Limited. in which the New Zealand Cooperative Dairy Co. and Wright, Stenhenison, Limited, are financially interested, has been formed to take over the AA T right, Stephenson Fertiliser AA’orks at Otaliuhu. It is understood that Mr W. D. Hunt will he the chairman of directors, and AA’illiam Goodfellow managing director.
