BREACH OF OMNIBUS ACT. Electric Telegraph—Press Association AUCKLAND Last' Night. In the Magistrate’s Court to-day Mr McKean, S.M., fined Alfred Henry Smith, a bus proprietor, 10s for a breach of the Omnibus Act. Some time ago the magistrate dismissed the Takapuna Borough inspector’s information charging Smith with plying without a license, but the council’s appeal was upheld, and the case was referred back to the magistrate.
