He failed to appear at the Supreme Court and was subsequently located in New South Wales. The police there made him undergo the education test, in which he failed, and was placed aboard the Manama. He was arrested on the arrival of the vessel this morning and committed to prison under warrant, to stand his trial early in the New Year.
