Despatches front Mexico City report fourteen deaths and a million property damage in Central and Southern Luanapuat© as the result o-f floods overflowing the Lerma river, due to unprecedented rains which sent valley settlers to the highlands.
, -AJI crops m a tadius of three hundred kilometres have been lost, transportation is at a standstill.
