CANTERBURY OPPOSITION. Electric Telegraph—Press Association WELLINGTON, This Day. The Agricultural College Dill was read a second time in the early hours of this morning after a stern struggle. Progress was reported oil the Bill at 1 p.m., after the short title had been passed.
