(Received 10.10 a.m.) Electric Telegraph—Press Association SAN FRANCISCO. December 16. Culyer City (California) witnessed a new' world record by an automobile at- the opening of the new speedway when Bennett Hill drove 250 miles in 1 hour 58 minutes.
Three drivers averaged faster tlian 126 miles an hour.
