Further results; <>l the Senior Singles Championship of the Pahiatua Rowling Olub are as follows: McSherry beat Barrel!, Sinclair beat Me Sherry, Paterson beat Chambers, Paterson beat Barre-M. Cook Paterson, Walsh beat Hewat. The position of the leading players (17 games in nil are to be played) are as follows : Walsh, 11 wins, 3 losses; E. Harrison, 9 wins. 2 losses; Paterson, 4 wins, 2 losses. in the junior section the order of the leading competitors is as follows : Fox, 7 winrs, 3 losses; ATcxted, 4 wins, no losses ; Morris, 4 wins, 1 loss. The competition closes on the 10th January next, and the competitor in each section, having the most wins to his credit will bo declared the winner. The committee will meet to-niglit to select teams to play against the ;Vic+toria (Wellington), touring teams, in Pahiatua, on Monday, and for the Banner competition, against Feilding. The. Victoria Chin's touring teams comprise twelve members, „ who will arrive here hy motor on Sunday night.
