Serious occurred between Serbian troops and Montenegrins desiring the independence of their country and the Montenegrins, though in superior numbers, were badly armed and! lacked supplies. The-.- wore dispersed. The total death roll on both sides was 120.
'i'Jio Serbian, authorities in Cetigne, Padguritza, and Nisch made 400 arrests and seized thirty of the leading residents as hostages. The Montenegrin® are determined to resist Serbian domination at any cost.
