According to Melbourne and. Sydney critics, the Smart S<“t Diggers entirely justify their title. The clover organisation of entertainers will bo seen at the King’s Theatre on Wednesday next. It is said that no other entertainers of like calibre have been seen in Australia, the combination possessing a company remarkable for the fact that each member individually is a real artist. Hie combination is said to be also rich in fine musicians, dancers, and singers. The name of so eminent a tenor ns Ml* George Castles, together with Mr Jack Thompson, a baritone *f notability, an<l Mr AiThert Tnrzello, whose harp selections invariably are the cause of much admiration. Hie company is also well provided with female impersonators, there being no fuircr than fivo, of whif*h Mr Chunoß Holt is a more than average exponent. The box plan opens to-morrow morring at Bndger’R.
