London, June 11. The wool sales closed hat. Of 92,000 bales catalogued about 40,000 were withdrawn. Compared with the May sales, best) oomlbilug merinos l dier-linod twenty per cent., Continental sorts and scoured ten per cent. Faulty carbonising wool recovered sligfilitly during the sales by ten per cent. Stipes amlscoured were in fair demand, but, were largely wi tjidj-awn at the Government reserves. Lambs’ wool declined from five bo ten per cent.
