EIGHT ArEAIBERS RESCUED. Electric Telegraph—Press Association. Copyright. Ottawa, This Day. An American revenue cutter rescued eight members of Captain Stefanson’s Arctic Expedition, who were marooned on Wrangel Island. It is feared that four others were lost, including James Alurray and Dr Alackay, who were to be members of Sir E. Shackleton’s expedition. Captain Stefanson and three of the crew were safe, drifting towards King AVilliani’s Land.
