Electric Telegraph—Press Association. Copyright. London, Last Night. In the House of Commons Mr Asquith said he hoped Parliament would prorogue this week. He would introduce a Bill to-morrow whereby no steps can be taken with the Home Rule or the Welsh Bill- for a year at any event, and if the war lias not terminated, extending it until a further date to be fixed by Order-in-Council not later than the end of the war.
