The Rev. At. Bawden-Harris, of Pahiatua, and Air H. Bloomfield, Presbyterian Home Alissioner, at Pongaroa., re tunnel to-day from a meeting of the Wairarapa Presbytery at Atasterton. Air AV. T. Afiirrav, headmaster of the Pongaroa School, who has been on a holiday visit to the Waikato, returned home yesterday. Air J. T. Steele, Postmaster at. Pongaroa, who was called to Napier on account of the death of his mother, also returntm 1 to Pongaroa yesterday. Some of the most exquisite French laces have just arrived at Collinson and Ounninghame’s. Patterns will bo sent yon by this Palmerston firm on request. French all-over shadow laces in Paris and white, 18 nches wide, Is 3d. 1s fid and Is 9d yard. Paris and white shadow laoo flonnoings, 18 and 21 inches wide, Is lid and 2s 9d yrt. All post free.
