PAHIATUA HORSE SALE.
Alessrs Abraham and AVilliams, Ltd., report on tlieir second horse sale of the season at Pahiatua on Saturday, as follows: —We offered just on one hundred horses of all classes to a good attendance of the public, but have to report a very dragging sale under the hammer. We managed to quit a fair number by private treaty andhave to report having sold one third of the total offering. Quotations: Seven-year draught mares to £3l 10s: 3-year half-draught, mare, £lB to £22: half-draught aged mares, to £ll : 4-year half-draught geldings, to £22: 3-year spring carters, £l2 to £Tf7 10s ; 3-year unbroken half-draught fillies. £lB to £25: aged hacks. £3 2s fid, £4, to £5.
