The Servian delegates in handing their modifications to Sir Ed warn Edward Grey, British Foreign Minister, intimated that they would sign the peace preliminaries if the modifications were accepted. The Allies ask that their delegates to the financial conference in Paris shall be granted similar status as the Powers’ representatives. Tlie Servian request for guarantees of access to the Adriatic will not be pressed if Sir Edward drey’s assurance i.s confirmed by the other Powers.
Vienna, Last Night. The Minister for Finance informed the Budget Committee that the Antrim! military expenditure during the Balkan crisis had totalled £6.958.000. (Received this day at 10.10 a.m.)
Constantinople. This T)ay. Five were killed and six wounded at Senegal. The rest were saved. [This message evidently refers to some incident which has not been oh hied").
