ATTEMPT TO INCITE CROWD FAILS. Electric Telegraph—Press Association. Eeilding, This Day. At the swearing-in of the Territorials here last night a disturbance was threatened, but it was avoided by the sweet reasonableness of the officers. One or two Socialists tried to incite the crowd, but were finally treated with indifference.
