Protests must be made in writing to the Secretary, or the Judge or Judges, within fifteen minutes after the race in dispute, together with a deposit of 5 per cent or the amount of stake (minimum ss), which shall bo forfeited if the protest he found ,toL he frivolous or vexatious. The Committee reserve the right to postpone the meeting from day to day should bho weather prove unfavourable.
