Mr James Buchanan, a distiller, has given the Tariff Reform League £IO,OOO in consequence of Mr Bonar Law’s election. A LIBERAL TURNS. Lord Tweedmouth has resigned the Lord-in Waiting-ship as he does not sympathise with the Liberal policy.
