TO THE CROWN TENANTS. lADIES AND GENTLEMEN,— J I am a candidate for the vacancy on the Land Board, and the best qualification I can offer the Crown Tenants, scattered over the Wellington Province, is twenty years’ experience of Crown land tenure. I am thoroughly well acquainted with the requirements of settlers in the baek-bloclis, and if elected as your representative will endeavour to assist the Crown tenants without fear or favour, to the utmost of my knowledge and ability.
