PLEADS GUILTY OF FORGERY

Amy Maud Bock was before the Court to-day charged with the forgery of a receipt far £92 and uttering same to A. Ellis. She pleaded guilty and said that she would like to thank the police for tli® way they had carried out their duties, and also Mr and Mrs ltoy for kindness received when in service with them. The police said that three other charges were pending. Accused was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence, bail to be considered when the other cases came on. On a charge of receiving £4l from Margaret Henderson by false pretences accused was remanded.
