THE SECRET. A»n aged abbot in France was asked by bis medical attendant “Jrow he had contrived to live so long, and preserve the enjoyment of such excellent health.” He replied, “I have eaten but once a day, and slept at regular JioA-s.” There is no denying the fact that in the present century our mode of life is too irregular. The number of meals taken and the quantity and variety of food and liquid consumed are not conducive to good health. If we over tax our nature, we pay the i penalty in the shape of Dyspepsia, | Biliousness, Sic-k Headache, Torpid j Liver, Constipation, Piles and kin- , tired ailments. It is well to know, j however, that the 20th century has | porduced an antidote for these trou- ] hies, the famous Impey’s May Apple. Eight to ten drops of Impey’s May Apple aftei each meal will keep '•on in perfect health. If you experience difficulty in obtaining Impey’s May Apple in the locality where you live, send 2s 6d in stamps to Messrs Sliarland and Co., Rtd., Wellington, anti Impey’s May Apple .will be sent to you by return post.
