MARINE COURT’S FINDINGS. Electric telegraph—Press Association. The Marine Court, which inquired into the wreck of the barque M'oollahra at Terawhiti. gav its decision today. The Court’s findings were as follow:—The casualty was not caused or contributed to by negligent navigation or by any other negligence carelessness or default on the part of any person or persons on the ship. 2. The cause of the casualty was an error of judgment on the part of the master as to the position of the ship when the wind shifted at or about 10.30 p.m. The Court considered the officers and members of the crew did all that was possible after the vessel struck. It abo mentioned, with corns' endation. the action of the second mate, William Gough, also the action or Walter Fenton, ordinary seaman.
