NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Pahiatua County Council, held on Sept. 8, 1906, a rßsolution was passed, by way of Special Order, striking a special rate of 2Jd in the pound on the unimproved rateable value of all lands in the Kiccarton Road Special Rating District, to provide interest and otliir charges on a loan of £3OO. to make lliccarton Road a chain road, and to form and metal same, the currency of such loan to be 41 years, at 4 per cent, per annum. And it is further notified that a meeting of the said Conned will bo held on October 6, 1906, to confirm the said Special Order, a copy of which may ho seen nt the County Office.
