IVJOTK’E i-- hereby given that ihe following Special Order was adopted at a special meeting held on Friday. 27th April, ISH)6: “That for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on a loan of Five Hundred Pounds, authorised to ho raised by the Akitio County Council, under the provisions of “The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1001,” for metalling the Waihi-Akitio-road, the Akitio County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of Twopence in the Pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Waihi-Akitio Loan District, comprising Sections la. lb, 2, 3b, 4a, 4b, Block IT. : Sections 3. 4. 0. 7. 8,10 a. 10b, 11, 11a, 12. 13. 13a, and Lot 17, Block TIL. Mt. ( Vrberus Survey District, and that such Special Bate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly, on the first day of March and the first day of September ill each and every year during the currency of the said loan, being a period ot forty-one years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
