IyrOTICE is hereby given that the _i.Nl following Special Order was adopted at a special meeting held on Friday, 27th April, 1906: “That for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on a loan of Five Hundred Pounds, authorised to be raised by the Akitio County Council, under the provisions of “The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901,” for metalling the Waihi-Akitio-road, the Akitio County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of Twopence in the Pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Waihi-Akitio Loan District, comprising Sections la. lb, 2. 3b, la, 4b. Block IT. ; Sections 3. 4, (>. 7, 8. 10a, 10b, 11, 11 a. 12. 13, 13a, and Lot 17, Block in.. Mt. Cerberus Survey District, and that such Special Rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and he payable half-yearly, on the first day of March and the first day of September in each and every year during the currency of the said loan, being a period of forty-one years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
